    “What do you mean you’ve never heard of Tom and Jerry?!” you exclaimed to Brainy one day when he was to your place.

    The 12th Level Intellect was clearly searching his circuits. “I’ve heard of Ben and Jerry’s...the ice cream...”

    “Well, yeah. I love Ben and Jerry’s too, but I’m talking about Tom and Jerry, the cartoon.”

    Brainy shook his head, lost.

    “Okay,” you sighed, “Looks like it’s up to me to save the day.”

    You only had one TV, and you decided when you moved to National City that you would put it in your bedroom for maximum comfort. It took guests a bit to get used to it, spending time in your bedroom, but your true friends didn’t mind. Brainy was one of those friends.

    Two cartons of Ben and Jerry’s and about twelve episodes of Tom and Jerry later, you could barely keep your eyes open.

    “So, what do you think?” you wondered as you settled further into the blankets.

    Brainy answered, “I don’t find nearly as much amusement in this as you do, but it is adequate entertainment.”

    “What?” You could barely hear him in your sleepy state.

    Rethinking his current state of laying in bed with you, “Brainy instead notified, “I love it,” as he pulled you into his arms to sleep.

Time Wasted ~ 📬May I request a Brainy x Reader Imagine? The reader has been dating him since the beginning of season 4, so maybe the episode (4x21) where he gets rebooted, instead of him acting cold towards her, he isn’t, meaning when he and Nia were kidnapped by the Children of Liberty, they also took the reader because she had been with them. The CoL kept her and Brainy together, since they figured out that the two were together. They made her watch as they tortured Brainy, and after he was rebooted and he fought the CoL, he saved the reader because he didn’t want anything bad to happen to her.
