Your dragonborn: 8, 20, 35?
Whatwere they told to stop/start doing most often as a child?
Yikes, well Belsaadi’s childhood was not entirely what I’d consider pleasant. She was frequently told, by her mother and grandfather, to stop displaying emotion so openly. It didn’t work, mind you. Bels has always been an openly emotional person, though they succeeded in sort of forcing her to not directly accept when things are hard. She’s now got this lovely tendency to shy away from allowing herself to cry, and since her mother and grandfather were so frequently angry with her she tends to consider that the better alternative to things like sadness.
Ifthey were asked to explain the difference between romantic and platonic orfamilial love, how would they do so?
HAHAHA. This would be hard for Bels, she’s always struggled with her feelings of love (which she feels very strongly), particularly for her party members. She’s had a crush on almost every single one of them, or has thought she’s had a crush on them. Love received is such a new experience to Belsaadi that she sometimes oversteps her assumptions with that situation. Utlimately she’d likely say something to the effect of this; “I haven’t quite experienced romantic love. I know that I’ve felt... admiration for people. Darth and Rowan especially. But I’m not entirely sure that I’ve felt the feeling of romantic love. Something platonic though, that’s easy. The love and bond with my friends, my admiration for them, the idea that they’ll stand by me even at my worst... I mistook it for romantic love a few times, but it’s different. It’s a kind of love you can share with the people who found you, the people you’d call home.”
Howdo they treat the things their friends come to them excited about? Are theysupportive?
It depends on the friend. For Rowan, without a doubt she’d be supportive. She’d likely get excited just hearing Rowan get excited. She’d be absolutely over the moon. Devi’s excitement tends to confuse her, but she’ll smile at her and nod and encourage her to do her best if that’s what she needs. Anders doesn’t usually let people know what he’s excited about, but she’d be willing to support him if it made sense. Lian’s excitement would also make Bels happy, she likes seeing him smile and not jump around fearfully so much. As for... Nilus...Yeah. She’s not supportive of Nilus’s excitement anymore. Nilus being excited means things like getting nearly mauled to death by giant tigers. Or pulled into a giant emerald jello that eats people. Or dropped into an acid pit. Or finding him surrounded by extremely pissed off rogues. Or...
