#i spent time saving some old fics from livejournal (some i haven't read but are ''classics'')#and damn some of y'all just casually wrote novels (one has 171k+ words)#being normal™ about blorbos since star trek or something#one had tinypic embeds (big bang fic most likely) so they were gone u_u#feeling rather morose about this form of lost media#[elderly voice] i remember when big bang fics had a minimum word count requirement of 50k#this is not serious i'm just sad seeing all these longfics likely to disappear one day without notice#many are already gone bc domains expired/accounts deleted/fansites deleted#who gives a hoot
