I think the easiest way would be for some kind of schedule to be set up, like how the crocs and hippos deal with the fish population. I'm almost positive this would work out just fine because before the Guard was formed, Janja and his clan and Mzingo and his parliament were taking animals from the Pridelands for food and the herd populations were doing just fine. Given that in the first season we're shown that the herds are actually outgrowing their grazing grounds, I'd go as far as to say the herd populations were still pretty big even with the hyenas and vultures hunting in the Pridelands. And this was long before they started respecting the Circle of Life, which means that by all accounts letting them hunt in the Pridelands under Jasiri's rule when the herds get too big(which would be now) should only be a good thing. At the very least the Pridelands should definitely allow the Outlanders to come and scavenge from the Pridelands when they need to. Unfortunately, given the fact that the new Lion Guard in the Pridelands is right back to hating hyenas for being hyenas and that everyone seems convinced it's wrong for hyenas/vultures/jackals to hunt, it's going to probably take a while for that change to come.
