the trauma of it all from being a survivor has been rearing its ugly head again for the winter in place of my usual SAD which hasnt kicked in yet and hopefully wont because i may die if they hit in tandem and its becoming nigh impossible to exist online again but i dont really know what to do about it outside of unfollow basically everyone who isnt someone i know personally and i dont really wanna do that. so.

#every single day i see a post from someone who fetishizes my trauma usually inadvertently put on my dash and its like #either you people need to vet who youre reblogging from way harder or dont care and share their posts anyways and need to die #and its just so exhausting. im so exhausted. i cant handle it anymore again 😭#being a survivor is so fcuking difficult existing online in the era of loud trauma fetishization is so so so bad and so hard to do #lemon squeezy.txt
