I had to go out after dark, in the pissing rain, to put something in the recycling bc it’s pick up day tomorrow and hell if i’m getting up at 6am to do it then and there were so many snails i had to keep my torch trained to the ground and carefully manoeuvre around them all to find a safe space big enough for my feet. Had I not i would have basically just crunched over them and done a mass snail murder just by walking there and back. It was. Not pleasant. 

Can I please hire a hedgehog please this is absurd i need my native predator species back otherwise i’m gonna start having weird snail nightmares.
