Idk about therapy and having friends and having an open not-tight relationship with parents, but I believe getting a job and or reading atleast two -three books a week would help me.
Here's a list of books I've half read and plan to complete before the next Love No Long Beans and 4 Minutes episodes air.
White Nights 10% read
A Cyborg Manifesto 50% read
Stand Out of My Light 70% read
Mediations 75% read
And I need to stop downloading any more PDFs 😭 although I want to read these two, I can't really dive into them idk my cognitive capacity isn't enough yet.. post exam stress/physical sickness healing/daily outings/physical trauma in the outings/body aches apart from the leaden paralysis today's push-pull-drag is already causing sever ache of of hip and lowerlimb. I can't read these cognitively demanding books yet, I'm put it out as a self reminder.
Broadmann's localisation of cerebral cortex 2% read
The structure of scientific revolutions (just now downloaded I need to stop 💀😭)
The Red Queen 60% read
Books I'm planning to read later this year because I've started and read atleast 10 to 50 pages I better follow through and complete any of these instead of starting a new one
Tai Sui
The Ministry of Utmost Happiness
Finnegan's Wake
Montaigne Essays
Hamlet (smh)
1984 (side eyeing myself)
Sense and Sensibility ( I hate myself for this to be on this list for nine years 😭)
