#Repost @beerswithbrucey ・・・ Dropped by @thebeerspot - Morningside (Auckland) where they were having a special #tastingflight #tastingpaddle called The Hazing Rituals with Hazies from a bunch of NZ breweries (including one that doesn’t quite look like your standard hazy). #neipa #hazyipa #hazybeer #ipa @eaglebrewingnz @garageproject @behemothbrewingcompany @sawmillbrewing @epicbeer I’ll review 2 each day starting with @eaglebrewingnz (Christchurch) with their MMXXII Mosaic - Hazy IPA #mmxxiimosaichazyipa (2022 - which I’ve just been told was supposed to be MMXX-II as in 2020 issue 2). This has a 6%ABV The next beer is from @garageproject (Wellington) and is called Fresh IPA - Vol 3 #freshipavol3 and has a 7%ABV MMXXII - No description provided. Very thick hazy this one. Lots of juiciness with grapefruit and citrus and very bitter. Could probably tone back that a little bit still lots of flavour. Looking forward to the 3rd instalment. 3.5/5 Fresh IPA Vol3 - again no description provided, it is part of their certified fresh program.
