fuck alright lets do this ! btw these are all on ao3. so for shinobu,, first one i read was 'wasps nest' by munks and for mitsuri 'the stories our scars tell' by beecalm, its shinomitsu so that's a plus, actually tbh both those users have so much good kny shit u should check their other stuff, i binged all their works 🙈 pls tell me what u think if u read them, my head is full rn lmao i rlly thought i would do schoolwork

but yeah im. my heart aches for both of them. i especially love it when people recognize and utilize shinobus anger (AND WHEN THEY COMPARED IT TO TAMAYOS-WOOOOOOOOO!!!!) like i KNOW i talk about it a lot but i think its bec its such a good character trait and excellent motivator and just. so emotional in a way i love. the way that beecalm’s ‘the stories our scars tell’  said :

“why is she so angry?” Mitsuri hears them ask, because they will never understand.

It’s not her place to do so- but if she could, she would tell them as such:

The world has wronged her many times over- and it deserves what it has coming for it.

I TEARED UP AHAHAHAHAH that was sooo so pretty. and for munks’ ‘wasps nest’ to so accurately and beautifully explore shinobu’s relationship to kanae, kanao, ubuyashiki, tamayo (TAMAYO!!!),,, i.m... and then the part where shes bleeding out in front of d*uma ooooooohhhhhhhhhhh ouch oochichhc ouchch
