What I don’t understand about SoJ is why it exists

But more specifically at the end, why the happy ending is a 14 year old becoming the ruler, but it’s okay because she has Nahyuta and Amara acting as her advisors

1. Maybe it’s the child of the American revolution in me but I don’t think replacing one corrupt monarch with another person with absolute power is justice, that just seems like kicking the problem down the road a bit until absolute power corrupts absolutely and we gotta do it all again.

2. 14 year olds are children and should be allowed to be children, not rulers of countries. Even with advisors, she is still the queen and has absolutely no peers of her own age who will treat her honestly and fairly and instead of, like, cutting the hair off her Barbie’s and drawing on them in between therapy sessions to address the trauma from the mistreatment she was subjected to by who she believed to be her mother, she’s expected to make decisions that will affect an entire nation.

3. It turns out that Amara is still alive - why does Rayfa take the crown instead? Shouldn’t the adult woman who, by all accounts was a fair, just, and beloved ruler, and actually knows what she’s doing take the crown that was rightfully hers and was forcibly taken by a usurping despot? Especially since it’s canon that the queen is expecting to be able to channel spirits, which Rayfa canonically doesn’t know how to do yet and their explanation is just that Amara will help until she learns? Like, I don’t believe in royalty in general, but if I had to pick a horse to back, Amara is the rightful queen.

4. Like at the very least, they should have ended with a constitutional monarchy with Amara as queen, Rayfa remaining as crown princess, and Bee’leeb Inmee running for prime minister with Nahyuta running for justice minister. THAT would be an ideal ending for me.

OK and then there were none So just thinking about things I feel like maybe Matt would be the first one to die Turner Gray would be the doctor (because he killed a patient while operating drunk) hmmmm... Morgan would be the old lady who left someone to die because she was pregnant out of wedlock There IS a character named Vera but she is DEFINITELY not AA Vera seeing as she let a child drown to impress a guy. NO ONE in ace attorney is as bad as Lombard For Justice Wargrave I WAS thinking Justine Courtney but I don’t want to do that to her and having a judge really fits the character and this is where I would insert my oc if inserting random ocs into AUs was like. A thing. I’m definitely not like. thinking 110 percent about this.... Maybe Dahlia as Vera???? Or Dahlia and Iris as Mr and Mrs Rogers? (Obviously not married) like I am thinking about this ok..... Or Tahrust and Bee’leeb inmee as Mr and Mrs rogers???? IDK how many people here have read and then there were none besides yooie so. uh
