Pivot 🔁 So one of my goals this year is to move more. I am sad because I can no longer do that in my favourite class at the gym (BodyJam 💃) so rather than making an excuse that I can't contribute to towards my goal because the gym is shut, I am instead getting out running & doing home workouts (which is WAAAAAY less fun 😒) . 2021 so far has started the way most of 2020 was and I refuse to let circumstances out of my control affect my goals this year 👎 so we pivot & find (safe) alternatives. (Some I can't do due to the circumstances of this time in a safe manner (staying at home/1 exercise a day) so won't do them obs 😅) I hateeeee running, especially going in my WFH lunch break today cause it was cold, but I am committed to myself this year and dropping the excuses 🤝 . This is a tough time for everyone, and not everyone will want to be active/working towards goals/wanting to get healthier in this time and that's 100% ok. You do you. But I'd love to help anyone who does want to achieve their goals this year, but maybe doesn't know where to start ➡️ 💌 .
