I used to feel red I used to feel rage Trapped in a cage but then you came along got me alone You only said "Hello" and I became yellow The cage were I once was Gone. And then you said that you wanted me too And suddenly I was shining green I was keen Feeling seen for the first time And time flies When i was by your side And when you said "I love you" first I felt my heart burst A purple glow, A mix of passion and peace, A place where my fear could finally cease We used to paint the sky With every shade But now you are gone Taking the light with you And now I'm blue All I see is blue But do I feel blue because I miss you Or do I miss you because I feel blue? I want to be dead, But to live forever inside your head. Not alive but never quite dead, An echo in your laugh, maybe there You won’t forget me, like you did on my birthday. I have even told my parents about you, So, don’t leave now. Why can’t you realize that I like you?.. I’m sensible, and I cry often, Hoping you can fix me, Hoping you can like me too. Even though I’m weird and not kind, I don’t know what to do most of the time, I don’t know how to feel, But I do like you. And I’m lonely.

I might need a friend, I might need someone.. And I thought you could be one, Yet you act like you don’t really like me sometimes, And I feel like shit, Lost in this mess of emotions I've become Wishing for clarity in this silence between us.
