okay, but just hear me out here while i describe another date idea for those muses with barton romantically. they spend the day at the ice rink because he finds out that they have either no experience or very little experience with ice-skating + he decides that he wants to teach them how to skate; so, they go through the day without even realizing how late it's gotten and that it's almost closing time.

BUT barton sees an opportunity and pretty much bribes the person running the rink (nicely LOL) to let them stay an hour or so more past closing time. and he does this before returning to your muse, being like 'you know... i might've the guy running this place to let us stay a little longer, so how about we try something more complicated?' and barton just kind of eases them into couples ice-skating with him with some music in the background + i just... GAHHH.

the way that he would make sure they wouldn't fall just like yves did for him so long ago is so 😭 plus, it being basically like slow-dancing, but in longer steps because they're sliding across the ice? and once their hour is up, barton just kind of rising them up + spinning them?? i am officially DEAD (but in a good way jsjsj LOL)
