Not to be that person but what pencil brush/program have you been using? The colors and textures feel so nice!

Ahh thank you!! I'm using procreate and it's just their HB pencil brush haha! For colors I used their mercury brush, which I modified a while ago to just make it more flat/solid with the shape/texture of the brush kept (this was my lineart brush for most of my stuff before).

And there's also a layer of noise over everything contributing to the texture. I use the noise adjustment in procreate and then put a glitch->diverge on it
