I seriously love seeing more and more cloven hooved twilight/rarity art as time goes on.. yes.. yes!!! incorporate historically accurate mythology and more realistic zoology into your colourful magic horse art!!! so wonderful to see

#idk. it satisfies my zoology loving brain #I DO WONDER THOUGH. how closely related to pegasi and earth ponies this would make unicorns #because in real life odd toed and even toed ungulates are WEIRDLY distantly related #as in. a deer is more closely related to a BLUE WHALE than to a horse #and horses are more closely related to rhinos than to deer #oh whatever. they shoot magic beams out of their foreheads and can build entire cities with their hooves I don't think this matters too muc #STILL SO INTERESTING TO THINK ABOUT... especially as its canon that unicorns can have kids with non unicorns #mlp #listen to my gibberish boy
