the thing about listening to music i liked when i was younger is that i don't really remember much about my preteen/early teen years (mostly because i think i tried really hard not to)- but every now and then i'll listen to music that i liked back then and remember some really specific memories i used to associate with those songs and just. damn.
#interpret this however you want lol#my thoughts aren't particularly about negative memories#but for Lore reasons i'll mention that i've been thinking about my life a lot this past week#because i recently got diagnosed with Brain Sad and Annoying Disease (anxiety and depression) and got put on happy pills (antidepressants)#so i've been thinking about music and art i enjoyed at fourteen#and like#lmao the signs were really just....there the whole time#and i wonder if i'll be able to move on from that#i'm not really upset#more just#nostalgic#anecdotes and thoughts
