If I had to pitch a Marvel TV miniseries for Disney+, it would be a 'Bucky becomes the mentor to the Young Avengers' story with the following starting lineup:
Kamala Khan
America Chavez
Eli Bradley
Peter Parker
Billy Kaplan
Kate Bishop
Yelena is also there because she follows Kate around everywhere to make sure she doesn't get killed (and because she likes pretending to 'help' train the recruits while annoying the shit out of Bucky all the time). There is a recurring joke about how Kate is out of place in the group because she's 22 and therefore not technically a 'young' Avenger.
Kate/Yelena QPR arc because. Duh.
Having Eli on the team would also be a way to explore the unfinished business between Bucky and Isaiah, and delve a little bit deeper into their history as well as their very similar experiences. Perhaps Bucky mentoring Eli to eventually become Patriot will help heal some of the rift and pain there.
Kamala is ridiculously excited about literally everything and so stoked to be a Young Avengers recruit, learn more about how to control her powers, and do 'real hero stuff'. Kamala quickly becomes Bucky's favourite (though he'll never admit it).
Listening to America explaining how her powers work is more brain-melting than Hydra's electric shock chair, but they're very impressive to look at.
Sam cameos a few times to 'impart wisdom' and get into arguments with Bucky over the finer points of strategy and mission tactics.
It'd also pick up some plot threads from Black Widow, Hawkeye, TFATWS, WandaVision, and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness as we dig deeper into the teenagers' motivations and backgrounds for wanting to be a hero.
Lots of chaos. Lots of found family. Lots of 'reluctant grump adopts several traumatized children and teaches them to believe in themselves and their capacity for good' trope. Maybe Bucky also finds himself believing he has the capacity to do good, too.
