im glad mediocre white people can get roles handed to them left and right but i have to work 10x as hard to even get a smidgen of what they got and still get rejected <3
#because these theater companies in the tampa bay area want to cast the same people over and over again#and do the same boring ole plays#and claim they do diversity but will cast minorities in lesser roles or only cast one and call it a day#they want to appeal to their conservative old white donors and audiences#because black people and pocs cant afford those jacked up ticket prices#so they make it inaccessible to those communities to see theater#i think im gonna start sending out of state auditions from now on#the witch rants
