pros: boss is giving everyone a dollar an hour raise

cons: I had to do SO MUCH MATH to figure out how it would impact my health insurance premium because you have to report a change in income if you have marketplace insurance and my boss is paying half my insurance premium because health insurance went up and I have to do the calculations to figure out based on the raise what the new premium would be, add half of that to what my biweekly take home would be and then put THAT number into the marketplace and I'm still not sure I got it right

also healthcare is so fuckin expensive
