Fushimi possesses the rational justice of blue, the destructive desire of red and the hatred of boredom of green. In a world where everyone has only one color, a colorful person like him seems to be betraying the world. I wanna see people understand more about those aspects of him and love him more (the plot is up to you pleaze 🥺🥺🥺).

I imagine this being one of those post-ROK moments where Fushimi is just being sent absolutely everywhere to handle various situations and everyone accompanying him gets to see him being competent. Like maybe initially Kusanagi asks for his help for something similar, like there was a power outage at the bar which screwed up the computer system on the cash register and Kusanagi knows Fushimi should be able to fix it. Fushimi is a little hesitant agreeing, feeling awkward still after everything that’s happened, but Kusanagi just smiles at him when he comes in and promises him a free drink for helping. Fushimi ends up under the bar with his PDA plugged into the register, Anna and Yata watching him as his fingers just fly over the PDA. There’s some small spark from the electrical wiring and Fushimi deflects it with a Blue shield without even thinking, being very methodical and focused. Yata mentions that Fushimi really is skilled at this kind of stuff and Fushimi just shrugs, it’s not hard to make code transform into what you want it to be.

As he’s finishing up he gets a call from S4 about a Strain incident and Kusanagi suggests Yata go along with him, maybe Anna decides she wants to come too. Yata is hesitant but Fushimi says for them both to stay out of his way, Yata’s like hey don’t tell me that. They meet up with the rest of the S4 alphabet squad and the Strain is causing all kinds of mayhem in the background. Yata is ready to jump in but Fushimi tells him to stay back, taking charge and giving orders. Except then during the fight maybe Hidaka accidentally steps into danger and Fushimi uses his knives to block an attack. Fushimi notes that Yata and Anna are still nearby and imagine him switching from Blue to Red as he attacks the Strain head-on, and behind him Anna quietly smiles and tells Yata that Saruhiko’s Red is beautiful. 

Once this is finished they get another call this time from Shiro, some rogue jungle member has hacked into Ashinaka and the virus is causing the cleaning robots to go haywire. Yata and Anna tag along and so do a couple alphabet boys so Fushimi now has a whole entourage. He ends up in Shiro’s dorm happily defeating a computer virus, grinning wickedly as he’s like what an amateur this is too easy to defeat. Shiro laughs and says Fushimi-kun certainly enjoys a challenge huh, Fushimi just clicks his tongue but imagine there’s the smallest hint of Green electricity as he’s typing on his PDA. Yata leans over his shoulder and finds himself thinking that Saruhiko really does fit more than one color doesn’t he — Yata can’t imagine himself in any color but Red, but Saruhiko has bits of Red, Blue and Green and somehow they all manage to fit him.
