Last night I tried to soothe my migraine with a nice bath. Mint sounding uplifting so I tried out this “Pep Up Peppermint” Bath Soak From @heathermarianna @beautykitchenjunkie. • I used a sample size 4oz pouch of this bath salt, and followed the directions of for a double recipe which is supposed to amplify this soaks’ therapeutic experience (which was the entire sample). • I was hoping for something more exiting if I’m being completely honest. I did not notice the mint scent much, which was disappointing since its advertised as being fragrant. I also did not experience any cooling effect.
