✨RED SKIN * ROSACEA HELP✨ Here's a second video idea for this skin concern, I'll link the previous one in IG stories. 🆃🅰🅶 🅰 🅵🆁🅸🅴🅽🅳 who could benefit from this! Known triggers for rosacea have been spicy foods,🍷 & 🚬, hot 🚿, stress & anxiety (videos about how to manage them are on my YT channel *link in bio*). Irritation from UV ☀️ light also increases redness & flare-ups, so ALWAYS wear sunscreen 50+. _____________________________ I̥ͦN̥ͦG̥ͦR̥ͦE̥ͦD̥ͦI̥ͦE̥ͦN̥ͦT̥ͦS̥ͦ 1/8 cup green tea 1/4 cup oats 1 tablespoon honey 4-5 drops each: lavender oil + tea tree oil Apply to affected areas & leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water & pat dry (don't rub). Rosehip seed oil _____________________________ W̥ͦH̥ͦY̥ͦ T̥ͦH̥ͦI̥ͦS̥ͦ W̥ͦO̥ͦR̥ͦK̥ͦS̥ͦ Green tea has anti-inflammatory benefits that help reduce redness. Ground oats (aka colloidal oatmeal) have anti-inflammatory benefits and are used in many over-the-counter redness products. It's great at nourishing & calming the skin. Honey is perfect for rosacea because it’s a natural humectant that pulls moisture from the air & into the skin. Lavender oil has calming & anti-inflammatory effects on the skin. Tea tree oil has anti-inflammatory & antiseptic properties & kills the kind of germs that are resistant to common prescribed antibiotics.
