A Year In Review: 2016 Two years ago today i completed 1600 hours of cosmetology school. (seems like 5) 2016 was a year full of road bumps and lessons learned. This past year made me realize how much I love creating! I am so very thankful for 2016 because it led me to a beautiful salon with loving co-workers and an open comfortable work environment. Working smack dab in the middle of my home town made me appreciate our little Castro Valley so, so much more. I have learned to listen, bond and befriend any person who sits in my chair, as well as tend to their hair needs. What a marvelous thing it is to go into work and not feel like i'm working. I'm not one to let people know what I am good at or even enjoy doing. Out of my shell in 2017!
