Headcanons are going slow but I did manage to get my tablet working long enough for some doodles :) I was just going to do a rendered headshot of Lyra and then it got out of hand. so.
#pokemon#pokemon hgss#hgss#trainer lyra#pokemon art#bearimba art#togetic lowkey looks cursed#but i have no idea how to draw it#basically just a weird blob with limbs and wings and a face#trying to draw it with a normal (human) mouth looked Wrong#so beak it is#skarmory's beak was also hard to do and i still don't quite think it looks right#to be fair i am kinda taking their anatomy too seriously when they're literally fictional creatures#but i am nothing if not a tryhard#also yes i gave lyra grey eyes instead of brown#it's for lore reasons trust me bro#jkjk it doesn't actually mean anything significant#just a little nod to how i associate her with lugia#silver has brown eyes with gold (ironic i know) for ho-oh but i haven't drawn it yet

This is just a very rough draft of what Silver and Lyra's gym leader/champion uniforms might look like. It's far from final but idk, I think it looks cool so far! :)
