#FeelingMyOats yesterday. (So be warned about next few posts to come). This past weekend marked my anniversary of my first day out of the hospital. Finally seeing some definition coming through, had nothing but positive results from my annual/quarterly doc visits the other day. . Talk about an amazing year of progress down behind me... .
