Hey there! Hope it's not a bad time to ask but would a request for a Liebe x Mimosa fanfic not too out of the blue for you? I've been thinking abt it for a while and I thought the two could make a good pair. (emphasis on "could"). Maybe even the whole thing doesn't have to be romantic but could work as platonic.
Like I imagine the relationship would be like
"one who is trying their best/can't understand love but tries for them anyway" x "Compassionate person/ kindest romance fangirl you will ever see"
Idk if that dynamic is completely trash and is inaccurate but I just wanna check out if the pair could work or not judging by how they haven't seen each other and I havent seen liebe ever interact with the outside world after so many years in a book.
Hiya there! Ooo Liebe and Mimosa, I’ll admit that’s the first time I’ve ever heard of this ship, and it actually seems interesting 👀! It’s the “good girl, bad boy” trope and I actually like it 😁. This fic was more platonic then romantic, but I still hope you enjoy 🥰!
I don’t think the dynamic is trash personally 🤔, I think they’d work well together whethers its platonic or romantic 😁!

Liebe sat outside quietly, the squads had just saved the kingdom for what felt like the millionth time in just a single decade. He had to admit he was tired and wanted a break, but then again, he had so much fun working with Asta and the other Bulls that he couldn’t wait for their next mission. But that wouldn’t be for a while since they were still trying to decide who the next Wizard King would be.
He looked over as he saw someone sitting a few feet away from him, at a distance he wasn’t too sure who it was at first, but then they turned to look around and Liebe recognized her.
It was that girl, Mimosa, if he remembered correctly.
She had a huge crush on Asta, and recently he had turned her down when she confessed her feelings, saying that he likes someone else. He didn’t elaborate, but Liebe knew who it was, and he had a feeling Mimosa knew too.
He debated for a bit if should go over and ask how she was, but suddenly her eyes met his. Liebe watched as Mimosa smiled and gave him a wave, he felt his cheeks burn slightly and he quickly looked away.
He continued to look away even as she approached him, he only turned when he heard her giggle.
“ You look so adorable when you blush.” Mimosa teased with another giggle as his blush deepened.
“ ‘Adorable’? Please, what am I? A cat or something?” Liebe muttered with a roll of his eyes as he looked away again, the vermillion haired woman sat down next to him.
“ You do kind of look like a cat, albeit a grumpy one.” She teased again, and Liebe sighed and rolled his eyes again.
Mimosa liked to tease him, and if he were being honest it didn’t bother him as much as he acted like it did.
The two sat quietly together for a few minutes. Liebe was trying to figure out how to ask her if she was okay after Asta turned her down. Of course, he knew she wasn’t okay, but still…he wanted to be a good friend and ask.
“ Are…you okay? I heard Asta turned you down. It must be tough since you’ve liked him for so long…” Liebe started hesitantly, he watched as Mimosa’s smile faltered slightly before it suddenly widened.
“ I’m okay, it stings a little bit, but I’m okay.” She told him with a firm nod. Liebe could see that, even though she was saying she was okay, her eyes told him differently.
He rubbed the back of his head, he wasn’t very good with emotions, but he hesitantly reached a hand out and patted her shoulder.
“ You don’t have to pretend to be okay y’know. You’ve liked Asta for a little over a decade now, so it’s expected that him not feeling the same way would hurt a lot more than ‘just a sting’. So if you wanna cry or yell or scream, then do it. No one would blame you.”
Liebe watched her eyes widen slightly before she looked away, her wide and bright smile slipped from her face and her bottom lip trembled slightly.
Finally he watched the tears well up in her eyes before they spilled over and fell down her cheeks. Liebe awkwardly patted her shoulder as she cried. He wasn’t the best at comforting, but he remembered his mother patting his shoulder and hugging him whenever he was upset.
“ It really hurts, I didn’t think it would hurt so much, but it feels like someone stuck a knife into my heart.” She told him softly, and Liebe nodded in understanding.
Liebe sat there and comforted Mimosa for a while until her tears stopped, it took a while, but they finally did. He told her that she now could focus more on being a Magic Knight, or she could move on and find someone else to love. She agreed, and decided she would first heal her heart and focus on becoming an even better Magic Knight before she gave her heart to another.

Thank you all so much for reading and I hope you all have a good day 🥰!

YOU'VE ACTIVATED MY ASTAROTH>>ASTA>>ABADDON THEORY TRAP CARD
Time, as a concept, technically has no death/lack of behavior in most cases. Lack of gravity would be spacial zero gravity, Lack of space would be mass condenced time or a place where there is too much of everything to even have leeway and a lack of time would be a constant state of being/immortality, essentially giving us rock paper scissors with the evil trinity.
The thing here is that we haven't really been able to SEE the death of time that's on a major/non living object scale.
HOWEVER, if we apply the 3 concepts to humans (gravity = force that's pushing humans down to the ground/domination, space = the area which a person exists in/act of being), then Time in application to humans would be Oxidisation.
Ie the VERY slow act of humans burning to death via breathing and growing.
There however, already EXISTS a demon of death and its ABADDON.
Abaddons lore primarily consists that he is the angel of death and destruction (both by Greek and Hebrew translation) while also appearing alongside Sheol "the final resting place"/Hell in Hebrew Bible, while also being referenced to be "a fire that consumes to destruction", while also having a passage of being asked to Abaddon and Sheol "how much more the hearts of the children of men?", to which the answer is "Hell and Abaddon are never full, so the eyes of man are never satisfied".
This connects to how each and every villain in Black Clover has always has massive greed and plans, but we're all ultimately foiled, either by death or losing all that they once held dear. Lucius will undoubtedly follow.
Time for humans always ends in death, be it of old age (time) or outside factors (destruction). Taking this into account, Abaddon is Astaroth in the same way as Pikachu is Raichu. Its like an evolution phase, with Astaroth being the constant flow of time and space becoming something that topples that - death in the form of lack of anything that experiences Time.
To do that, however, Astaroth would have to meet criteria/internalise and be able to manipulate/manifest death, INCLUDING his own.
In that way, by Astaroth "killing" himself, he doesn't doesn't so much as he becomes something else. In this case, he would become Asta, a manaless human, which would be the most vulnerable creature that could experience both time and death (look at how many near death experiences the boy has had).
Asta in turn, would eventually become not Astaroth, which is the manifestation of time, but ABADDON, the devil manifestation of death. It makes SENSE, as even as Asta fought Lucius the first time, Antimagic was said to go against the laws of not only nature but also time. This means that Liebe will also likely be involved in the "evolution" as the first True Devil Union they had, Asta states "how dare you kill my partner's mother".
The goal is no longer based on just survival, its also based on avenging the dead. On top of that, with previous theory in mind, Astaroth first dying as a devil, being reborn as a human and then returning to divine origins as an angel of death DOES give poetic meaning.
It's 2 am, time to unleash Theory Bullshit
Topic of shithousery: Astaroth's Big Dick Energy pulled 1000 IQ ideas out of his ass in true trickster god nature.
Or, how Astaroth is one suicidal bitch, making a whole ass war for the funnies, 1200+ years in the making.
What we DONT talk about is how Astaroth is old as fuck if we go by his roots and how his connection to Christianity (which Lucius is trying to gentrify) are a lot closer getting to home than one thinks.
Now, there's lots of shit concerning Astaroth that is both "lore connections that is TOO damn important to the series to ignore" and "shit that feels like a loose end waiting to be connected to the web". My previous theory here had a few to name but those were mostly "namedrop" connections.
Right off the bat, we gotta talk how Lucius' plan is, technically going smoothly. Except its clearly shown to be going TOO smoothly.
Lucius' plan claims to be based off many futures, but his power is very, VERY limited in terms of being only able to see the futures of those WITH mana and that he can, very likely, only see that which he wants, similar to how Lolopechka can't see specific information of the past until she finds out about it and Ryuuya's clairvoyance is very much ridding him of his mana and giving him a shortterm preparation period.
It's likely Lolopechka's boon was directly given to the first Queen of heart, prior to Qlipoth. Then there was likely a period after the Yami Clan Massacre where Ryuuya found a way to obtain Clairvoyance, likely through an artifact because at that point, Astaroth was already MIA.
We have 3 people in positions of power with 3 coaligning powers connected to Astaroth's own lore equivalent powers of having Knowledge of past, present and future. In addition, ALL OF THESE PEOPLE have SIMILAR NAMES/1ST VOWELS.
LU-cius - future focused, likely stolen, became Ruler by taking/planting an alter in a foreign country.
RU-ya - present focused, likely traded for mana/eye (Basing off the fact that the Japanese language doesn't have a distinction between Ls and Rs and that some cases yu are more similar sounding to just U sounds.), chosen to be a Ruler by The People (assuming he was elected as per Ichika as a source).
LO-lopechka - past focused, likely given as a boon/gift, chosen to be a Ruler by a Spirit.
Considering Asta has one half of the name and NO mana whatsoever, we can assume he'll be necessary in the oncoming Demonic Shoe Drop. The other half of the name, follows the pattern and completes the primary vowels having RO-th, but since its the "first" vowel of the "latter" half, this will likely be used to define ASTAROTH as a whole and the defining feature being "born with", both with time related abilities and status as a Duke of The Underworld.
And we all know Tabata loves his plays on names, with Liebe being named after Licita through her first vowel, and Asta being named after Astaroths first half of the name. So these connections are, in fact VALUABLE.
Ryuuya and Lolopechka both may be involved in the Judgement Day battle, with Lolopechka likely trying to regain her past Knowledge and Ryuuya trying to stop Lucius to protect the Land of the Sun.
Like trying to get back stolen past and the present trying to save the future. Connections are Massive.
But now to the more important part: how the fuck has Lucius, Christian Airfrier 9000, managed to have a massive 20 year apocalypse plan perfectly executed when he clearly was asleep for at LEAST 18 years? How did he even manage to get Astaroths power, considering Astaroth is actually described as VERY STUBBORN, to the point where if you summon him WRONG he won't obey shit?
Adrammelech and Beelzebub.
Adrammelech, in just the Ars Goetia, isn't really found. Rather, the closest equivalent would be Andrealphus.
Andrealphus, menstruation and fertility connections aside, is in the category of Astronomy, which connects to Lucius and Julius having Sun and Star markings, leading to believe that Lucius originally had a contract with Adrammelech.
But Adrammelech has roots in the same pantheon that ASTAROTH originated from: Ancient Semitic Religion and by connection, Babylonian Religion of Mesopotamia.
Astaroth is based off the ancient goddess Ishtar, goddes of Love and War, as well as Fertility and Political Power, and patron diety of Nineveh, which was considered the LARGEST city of its time and the OLDEST in antiquity. Ishtar herself was based off of Inanna and known as "the Queen of Heaven", prominent symbols being an 8 pointed star. (In contrast, Asta's main symbol is a 4 pointed star, which could lead to him only being half of Astaroth). Her Greek equivalent was Aphrodite, Roman being Venus and Canaanite Astarte.
Adrammelech is part of the same religion, but more vaguely. He's briefly described as the god of "duality" or Sepharvaim. The name itself means "Adar is Prince", Adar being derived from Akkadian A-tar: meaning father of decision. Likewise decision, destiny and also having the name of the plague God. Adrammelech is worshipped through child sacrifice. The name could also mean "to carry a king".
Adrammelech is often pair with the god Anammelech, even to the point they both resided over the same twin cities. Twins in Black Clover are usually a death flag, and with child sacrifices involved, much is to be feared.
But Adrammelech himself is rumored (I say rumored because I can't find a lot of credible sources for this) to be the god of the sun, which I think comes from Andrealphus.
This, connected with Beelzebub being a Canaanite and Phillistine god, translating to "Lord of heavenly dwelling", we're getting the impression for the earth, the sky and the sun all being in kahoots.
With Adrammelech having duality connections and Beelzebub having "traitor theory" Zenon as his main contractor, it's not far off to assume that Astaroth's "death" was planned and Adrammelech was the one who organised it. Beelzebub likely agreed to it, so you've got 2 inside men - one is watching to make sure the humans are falling into place, the other is working to make sure the devils are moving appropriately and likely teleporting them into the human realm.
With Astaroth having split his power and likely letting Adrammelech watch over Lucius to make sure he doesn't step out of line, we're given the possible assumption that, if Lucifero was going 1 step ahead with the Qlipoth, Lucius was going 5 steps, Adrammelech was going 7, and Astaroth, who's technically dead, was going 10.
The current arc already parallels a LOT with Elf Reincarnation arc (in a good way), so a demonic plot twist in the end is to be expected, if not feared.
So.
How does Asta tie into this? By being connected to Jesus more than Lucius.
Lucius' godlike powers come as a reference to the gospels of John.
But Asta's mercy, kindness and forgiveness comes from Jesus personally.
Asta himself is actually performing Easter as Jesus.
Easter was originally based off the celebration of Ishtar (note the phonetic likeness). While there is no direct connection, the use of eggs and rabbits as sec and fertility symbols go hand in hand, thus connecting to Astaroth.
Asta, in this sense, is acting out Jesus' rebirth - he is supposedly "trapped" in a cave for 3 days (3 days before judgement day) by authorities who hated him (Lucius lmao) and on the 3rd day when they checked, the body was nowhere to be found (no proof of death). Instead, there are news of Jesus having come back to life (future prediction of Asta returning to Clover.)
In that's sense, if we connect Asta and Astaroth, it begs the question on which one of them will actually be rising from the dead. Likely both, as Asta was only dead symbolically, while Astaroth was death physically.
In a way, it ties to the idea of bringing the hearts of devils into the human realm for "perfect manifestation". If Lucius is defeated or loses control of the hearts, that can be possible or the devils take over the hosts they were put into. Remember, if Lucius can make bodies out of his siblings' magic, this could have been the way to make perfect vessels for them. Also ties into the fact that Demons in the bible aren't manifestations of sin, rather being hated for being traitors. So sudden bout of paladins getting their forms taken over by devils? Very possible.
