dont want to confront this but i might have little a ocd
#the part where i have very vivid intrusive thoughts and images of my loved ones dying or myself dying#that cause me severe distress and also go thru a whole thing where i have to visualize the entire aftermath like the steps that would#be taken to deal w it or the emotional fallout. bc my moms late or i missed a step on the stairs or i was simply outdoors w my dog#is maybe. weird. wow. like i have to do the whole imaginary aftermath thing kljasd#its not that bad honestly and its been worse in the past but still not the worst thing ive dealt with
