candace? 👀 ymean cANDEEZ NUTS FIT— jkjk i like her, but disappointed w what hoyoverse did bcuz as far as ik from tiktok, her character is inspired by a real life historical figure, kandake, who is a dark-skinned woman and queen, unlike candace whose skin is tan-ish???? its sad that hyv is doing this despite the diversity ppl need and want 😔😔😔

nevertheless tho, this is not an excuse to insult designs that ppl worked hard for nor spread hate bcuz doing that wont change anything (i was so disappointed when i heard that ppl were attacking nahida’s voice actor simply bcuz nahida is yt even tho the va has nothing to do with it) — what we can do is to send our complaints to hyv’s surveys and hope theyll listen (which i sort of doubt but it doesnt hurt to hope that we get more diversity on characters) 😭😭😭

besides that tho, the same goes for the new sumeru characters, im glad they didnt do cyno dirty, i love nahida’s elemental burst and character overall, and i super find dori’s gameplay fascinating!! the one im most looking forward to is al haitham, who ill make sure will come home and be a part of the team with zhongli, childe, diluc, kaeya, ayato, itto, and thoma 👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹
