Realising she recognised the face Amelia got to her feet. “I’m fine. Physically. I’m fine physically. You can’t go down stairs. You have to find a room and barricade yourself in. I tried to find the exit but there was a werewolf loose in the hall and I didn’t think trying to get past it would be wise. I don’t know how many are loose or how many new vampires. None of them can control themselves. I can’t even keep other peoples thoughts out of my head.” She sniffled just a little, wiping her tears from her face, her makeup smudged. “I’m not... I don’t usually have to deal with this I don’t know what to do.”

“I don’t really know how these things go. If you want we could walk through together.” Amelia offered. She didn’t know the stranger but she knew if she was scared she wouldn’t want to be walking through alone. “I’m Amelia by the way. I figure if you might be hearing me cry so then you should know my name.”
