This year focuses on the myriad folk tales and mythologies of our amazingly diverse multicultural Bronx denizens. Big Announcement: Submissions for the MONSTERS OF THE BRONX Anthology open on May 25th. We're looking for the best short stories, comics, manga, and photographs to be included. All accepted submissions will receive an honorarium and retain rights to their good works. All works must work in the MONSTERS OF THE BRONX UNIVERSE (copyright 2015 by Ivan Velez Jr) that believes that the Bronx's power lies in its beautiful diversity and multiculturalism. That is reflected in our monsters who emigrated from all religions, mythologies and cultures. All works accepted must be set in the Bronx. . Submission Guidelines are available May 25th!
