this is nuts. it's been three years. "i didnt let you in to what i was doing, going after karvanista" it's been Three Years to yaz. does she even remember that fight. i mean im sure she does but not the specifics. it must be such a dizzying experience. like a wormhole. the doctor tying this day to that day in 13x1 which is like, approximately the same day to her. a long day, but sort of the same day. and to yaz this is like so long ago. this is as long ago as her running away was in 11x1. what do you think would be going through her head. "if you tell, i'll tell"?

like the universe in which the doctor is able to trust yaz emotionally And where whos in charge is about 50/50 (either them both pulling at the reins at the same time but with approximately equal force, or them taking turns in having full control of the reins) is bonkers bananas to think about. do you ever think about it. i think about it

i mean the 'fuck him up babe' nature of it would be soooo hot. you know in revolution when yaz yells at hotel guy? i think 13 wouldve found that hot as fuck. i think she would love watching yaz do that to bad guys while she works in the background to blow them up on yazs signal. i think yaz would start picking up more and more of 13s habits, we already saw her literally follow 13s scripts in flux, i think with time she'd pick up mannerisms and tricks that the doctor maybe even hadnt realised that she did and it'd be really fucking hot in a "im a clonefucker" sort of way you know what i mean?

and the doctor would also copy her back like we've seen her do and it'd become this little echochamber of doctoriness where both of them are trying to live up to the Idea of The Doctor and both of them see the other as something to emulate. like they'd both want to become better for each other and ideally that would mean that eventually they will actually get to their shared fatal flaw. the doctor first bc she already sort of started in flux but i think yaz would try to reciprocate once the doctor proves herself

also they would become such a terrifyingly well-oiled machine as a team i mean look at how well they worked already in halloween apocalypse. just multiply that until they function as if theyre reading each other's mind and that Also would be very hot

just like, the respect. the respect & the trust. i think if they could have both of that, and expressed the way they do, in like, gestures and copying and matching each other, making themselves understood in each other's language. that i think is very hot. and i would have watched seasons of it
