in the episode Crimes and Witch-Demeanors Leo states about Piper calling Chris to use his demon connections to help them..

What does this mean?

Did he just gather up a whole ton of connections in his search for who turned Wyatt evil? How would he even get connected with them though? Or does Chris have a very dark demonic side just like Wyatt just not as powerful? SOmething Chris has had to fight and learn to hold back on with his hatred towards Wyatt and everything else it would be so easy to just give in?

I don't know why but I've always seen it as two brothers destined for greatness aka either Wyatt succeeds in turning Chris evil and they are even more unstoppable than just him on his own, Chris succeeds in turning Wyatt good, or Chris dies or Wyatt dies in the fight to save the future and that's what the prophecy was?

ooh that's kind of interesting i also really like the idea of like them forming a cosmic balance of sorts like the more wyatt corrupts and pollutes good magic the more chris becomes embroiled in the underworld and bringing balance and hope to dark magic....

but like. to the start of the ask i think chris came to the past already having a decent amount of demonic connections (we see this in my three witches where he already knows the vortex demon and where his lair is bc they've worked together in the future) and there are a couple options for this. the first is the one that you suggested that chris is just a manic and nosey sonofabitch who actually traverses the underworld in his spare time just like cataloging and studying demons and every allusion to them working together in the future is a total lie to gain trust. another option is chris has faced these demons already in the future so he is familiar with out they work / where they are / how to kill them and saying they know each other is a half truth -- they definitely did, but were on opposite sides. the third is lowkey my favorite and the one i prescribe to: in the dark future a lot of demons do not want to live under wyatt's rule. for starters: he's a witch. second: he's the son of a charmed one and a whitelighter, two major opps. third: he's kind of a fucking asshole. and an enemy of my enemy is my friend, so there are actually a decent amount of demons in the rebellion, and that's how chris knows a lot of his underworld connections -- because he has actually fought alongside them
