man. working on a day like this really kills the holiday spirit for me at least
#bc we have a dumbass 'you must work 2 holidays' policy and they denied my vacation request bc it overlapped christmas and new years#even though my cousin is in town and i havent seen her in 6 years lol#like i cant even get into the holiday spirit /knowing/ i have work on the day of AND the days around it. bc it just makes everything feel#normal. its total ass#i still feel like its only the beginning of december too. tf u mean christmas day is tomorrow and nye is next week#i want to call off so fucking bad but i cant. i hate my fucking job lol#stfu anri
