#i finally got some stuff ive been slamming my head into the wall about to work#i kinda knew this was gonna be the thing i had to do to get it to work#but my boss wanted us to do small changes/keep trying at first b4 doing the drastic “change all reagents” approach (#bc that meant buying more of stuff we had a lot of that expired womp womp)#but fresh stuff & a slightly cleaner plasmid stock & we're back in business baybeeeeee :3#literally so grateful this worked bc this means the issue really was just the reagents and NOT me 😭#bunny rambles
