we're soooo close to being able to go public and have a union vote at work but we need 65 new yesses before the end of February and I'm like the only one doing work 😩
#not even exaggerating the only person whos been to meetings as consistently as i have is a guy that doesnt even work here anymore!#ive been busting my ass the past couple weeks talking to people ive never once spoken to who i know are supportive#to get them to talk to other people#bc ive completely tapped my entire social network in the library. ive talked to every single person i know#and several people i dont really know lmao#were so close and im so worried were not going to make the goal and we'll have to pause#because i just know if we pause everyone is going to give up#im just stuck. i really need someone to come here and walk up to employees at the small branches that no one knows#im desperate
