I stg as soon as I get back from work tomorrow I’m pulling up the part of the Blender tutorial that showed how to do modeling with all the cuts and extrusions and stuff and just gonna start modeling whatever bc while the way I was doing it was slow it was very methodical and relaxing and I need that rn

Just something very slow and chill that I can still see visible progress on even if it’s only bit by bit

#lynx 3d #got back from the store like an hour ago and im still Stressed #too many people and not my usual store so i didnt know where anything was #i wish i could do it right now but im visiting my parents #and left my mouse in my apartment #(i use a laptop F)#thats part of why i just wanna start fucking around with the modeling #bc im gonna have to develop a low poly style #otherwise my laptop will perish #and i dont have enough money for a proper pc 😔#current plan is to make a rough ‘model’ that captures the general shape #then slowly stitch together a low poly model on top of it #and i mean stitch as in like shaping and connecting individual planes #bc im sure ill figure out faster ways and get better at it as time goes on #but for rn doing it the slow way #that must seem painful to more advanced people lol #seems like the best way to get a good grasp on it #and i actually really enjoyed doing it the slow way during the tutorial #bc he mentioned how to do it the slow way and then showed you the fast way #but i paused after he said the slow way and happily went and did it that way #and legit enjoyed myself bc it was very relaxing #and was then ‘oh’ when he said there was a fast way lmao #but yeah so i think slow and steady is gonna be my friend here lol
