we have to come up with more better terms for husband, which sounds too formal or like im dying to bring up im married, hubby is just gross lame an kiddy, partner is the adjective of choice for people dying to remain ambiguous which aint me/he. usually i just try to introduce him in my talking ill say husband the first few times then be like aight now were all introduced im saying his name no title this my other half he means everything to me ✌️

#maybe in my 30s itll feel less this way but most ppl i know rn arent linked up at all theyre still trying things out #so that stands out to me ig. i mean obviously idc too bad how ppl receive me im gna keep living its a take it or leave it situation #bc im actually very nice considerate and strong asf also fun and sillay!#but like in crowds who dont know him i dont feel like reiterating our beautiful marital status every time i wanna bring him up works #like a language thing i wish we had informal version of spouse that still translates purely as spouse not boyfriend/girlfriend bs bc its #so much more than that
