The new soil i bought probably had the fly eggs already in it this is so sick never buying soil from a grocery store again
#i put three plants into the new soil but only two got the flies so i'm confused still#the alocasia with only two leaves started to turn one leaf yellow#the snake plant with two plants (mother & daughter) started to turn yellow in the older leaves. the daughter is full on dying bc still a bby#so so sick? didnt even water the snake plant so the soil wasnt abnormally wet#now idk if i should place the plant in water or leave it in the soil till the larvae eventually die with the soil drying up#bc i'm leaving for 3 weeks tomorrow and wont be able to intervene if the plant turns terminal#nesi rants
