what is it that you do if u dont mind saying? like the name of it i mean. it sounds wonderful and since i need to start looking for a new job soon id want to see if theres something similar here lol
UMMMMMM my job???? i think im known as a Contract Administrator rghbgjhrgbhjrgbhj i work for a life insurance company so for rn im just doing a lot of their menial officework since theyre really backed up on filing policies, but eventually theyre gonna slowly transition me into doing a few more tasks more related to the policies.
HOWEVER i will say if you are looking for office jobs, my greatest piece of advice would be SEEK OUT TEMP AGENCIES!!!!!!!! their whole job is to find YOU a job and they will really stick their neck out for you. i literally have two ladies from this agency contacting me constantly to ask me how im liking the job, and when i was going through the interview process they were really great reps for me (i was contacted by the temp agency on a wednesday and hired by that friday)
i found my temp agency completely on accident bc they happened to post the job listings on indeed (which is a good source but its like. tedious and annoying and i didnt rlly get many results) but it is INCREDIBLY EASY to find temp agencies!!! just google "temp agency (where you live)" and a few should pop up! some even operate remotely so you dont have to go in and speak to a rep at their office. but temp agencies are literal godsends when it comes to finding like. menial officework jobs. bc Every office is looking for someone to do the dumb shit they dont wanna rjghbrghjrgbrgjhb
the only downside to a temp agency is...well, the position is temporary. my position is a 6 month temp to possible hire (im still being paid tho btw. and a lot. the temp agency pays you, in the event you are hired). but there are plenty of temp jobs that are guaranteed temp to hire!!! this one just happened to work out faster and have more benefits than the other temp job they were offering me that was guaranteed temp to hire. but often times the temp agency will pay you a bit more!!!! and then once ur permanently hired you can talk salary with your employer
so uh yeah!!!!! long post but to put it simply: USE TEMP AGENCIES! THEY ARE FREE AND THEIR ENTIRE JOB IS TO GET YOU A JOB!
