Sincerely, I do understand being frustrated with NB's quality of writing (I literally bitch about poor writing in om and twst all the time) but telling character their cooking is ass and having them react depressingly is such a non-issue to me compared to the amount of Other Things in the writing that needs improvement. You can be mad about it, not preventing anyone from doing that, but it's just my view that focusing on one small thing that you Chose to do and being upset about it and not, like, the overall degradation of the writing, feels kinda...odd? Like this much uproar should be focused towards all of the writing, not just the parts that make your favorite character look bad or whatever.

The idea of telling Lucifer he's a shit brother while during the angel trial is a very amusing idea though lmaooo
