spiderverse was a movie that I went into with astronomical expectations like I was watching all the teasers and shit excited out of my MIND I would have been wildly disappointed with anything less than perfection and somehow it was simply so good it managed to surpass them anyway. and then I went insane and watched it like seventeen times and bought it on blu-ray and watched the commentary alternate universe version and the spider pig shorts and started drawing again for the first time in years and got really into comics and was just. all around. not normal about that movie. and then I didn't rewatch it even once this year which is why I'm mentally ill. 🖤

#and i am so so scared because my expectations for the sequel are sky-high and I've been waiting SO LONG #and if it doesn't stop me from wanting to kill myself I'll consider it a failure which i know is a high bar. but there we go #i literally could've watched itsv in august at the CINEMA again too but the horrors got to me and the date passed me by #bbc m*rlin has taken EVERYTHING from me 😐#.txt
