He’s still awkward some days. He prefers car rides to walks. He doesn’t care to run because his leg hurts after about a mile. He’s good with dry dog food especially when you sprinkle a little cheddar on top. He loves people & will never grasp the concept of personal space. He’s the best cuddler even though he gets embarrassed about it & has to hide his face on you because he’s a man dog. If he makes it in the car, there’s almost no getting him out so have the cookies in hand before you even try. Although, he’s excited about that cookie, he understands “be gentle” means to use your manners when he takes it from even the littlest of hands. He steals blankets, socks, & shoes because they smell like you. He only destroys Christmas ornaments. He avoids eye contact when he’s in trouble. And we still can’t convince him he’s not stuck when he convinces himself the floor he’s walked across every day is now slippery. I brought Bracky home two years ago in December.
