hey if you haven't already, test for thyroid stuff, your symptoms sound like they might have to do with that (i take medication for thyroid irregularities and almost my whole family does too)
I did have them check for that in the bloodwork I just got ! Everything was good except my vitamin D was a little low so I’m gonna start taking vD gummies and my cholesterol was a little high, but that can easily be managed with diet Adjustment. I asked very specifically about my Thyroid because it’s genetic but they said everything else was normal <:,-)
sooooo what I’m rolling with right now is assuming that the fatigue, itchiness, sleepiness, aches, excessive sweating, high blood pressure, etc are all physical manifestations and reactions to my anxiety, depression, adhd, and excema. A huge problem is the sweating and high blood pressure which go hand in hand. Which my current meds do NOT help. But it’s one of those things that I’d rather put up with being uncomfortable than not be able to function as well as I have been.
Sweating is just a HUGE sensory nightmare for me. I’m getting better at pushing through the anxiety and focusing on the moment but it’s gotten so bad that I’ll impulse buy new cheap oversized clothes wherever I happen to be just to change into something not sweaty. Maybe I should just put together a sweat emergency bag or something and keep it in my car with like a change of clothes, water, towel, waterproof bag for old clothes, etc etc.
