What would you say is best friend reader’s signature scent? The perfumes she’d commonly buy and soap brand she bathes with

anon i am absolutely obsessed with this question and you for asking it, it's so creative and i think perfume/soap choices say sm about a person

i see best friend reader as leaning into the warmer "spunkier" side of classics, so ig what i'm saying is she's a little avant-garde in the way she presents herself/wants to come across

i got a little excited breaking down my reasoning and describing scents,, so i'm putting the straight forward answer here and my logic below the cut:

perfume: juicy couture eau de parfum and/or dior j'adore

body wash: bath and body works' warm vanilla sugar and/or country apple and mango mandarin

in perfumes/scents i think the vibe i described above translates into a vanilla base and floral notes but in a fun way and while i don't see best friend reader following every trend, she's still very much an embracer of early-to-mid 2000's culture

combining all of that, i think her signature scent could be the juicy couture eau de parfum!! this perfume is rooted in a vanilla and woods base with notes of fruity white floral (specifically green apple and mandarin) (fun fact, i have its sister scent "viva la juicy" and love it,, but the stronger floral/fruity notes of the og make it feel more best friend reader)

i can also see best friend reader regularly using dior j'adore, it's more fruity and floral than vanilla but still very that girl and classic while still being fun

i couldn't find too much online about early 2000's soaps/body washes so i'm not sure how accurate this will be but i can see best friend reader being into bath and bodyworks,, specifically warm vanilla sugar body wash, and maybe country apple or mango mandarin body wash/lotion during the summer when she's feeling a little more nature-based

Delinquent Comedy Cromartie High School Now Has Its Own Perfume

  What's the scent of a delinquent? According to Fairytail Parfum, it's citrus and lavender with undertones of amber and musk.

  The scent maker, who have created perfume lines for titles ranging from Ranma 1/2 to Kamen Rider, rolled out their Cromartie High School collaboration this week. The centerpiece of the collab is the aforementioned perfume, which arrives in a collectible box and features a little Mechazawa on the bottle. It's described as having "cool" first notes of bergamot and mandarin to evoke honor student Kamiyama, followed by mid-notes of grapefruit and lemon representing the free-spirited students of Cromartie, and final notes of musk to evoke Kamiyama "blending in" with his classmates.

  There's also a line of scented bath additives and hand gels, with unique scents for each classmate — mango for Freddy, forest scents for Gorilla, and grapefruit for Mechazawa, for example.

Bath and Body Works with the Guys

Hey loves, I’ll be back at it with requests shortly but I didn’t have much time this morning so I thought I’d write a cute little thing about what the guys like to buy at Bath and Body Works for their significant other. As a bonus no one asked for I included Nevada Ramirez and Frederick Chilton. I hope you enjoy!

Rafael Barba

- Rafael loves the aromatherapy collection, surprisingly though his favorite scent is not stress relief but comfort, a blend of vanilla and patchouli. 

- He buys you the whole set, pillow spray, lotion, body wash, candle etc. Everything he can get his hands on. Rafael likes to buy you small things when he can, he likes the idea of you having a physical reminder that he was thinking of you. 

- Rafael loves the way the lotion mixes with your scent, while you’re watching a movie he’ll tuck his face into your neck just to breathe you in. 

- On nights you’re not with him he sprays the pillow spray into his bed and nuzzles his face into your pillow to pretend you’re there with him. He only ever falls asleep fast when you’re there but the spray helps a lot.

Sonny Carisi

- Sonny Carisi really likes Twisted Peppermint in the winter, he enjoys clean smells but not too clean like fresh linen. 

- As a treat he buys you bits and pieces of the collection when you’ve had a bad day or week. There’s a bath and body works just down the street from his apartment and he knows its just affordable enough that you won’t be upset at him for spending money on you. 

- Sonny also likes the mini Pocket Bacs, he has about 15 in random pockets of different coats. In his desk down at the precinct he has at least 4. The scents range from lemon all the way back to twisted peppermint which now reminds him of you. 

Mike Dodds

- The man knows what he likes and knows what he doesn’t. Mike picks out a few different things for you at bath and body works just so you have the illusion of choice. 

- Mike likes Forever Red, In the Stars and A Thousand Wishes. You tell him they all smell the same and he spends the next hour reading you the back of the packages telling you how they’re SO different and all the notes combine to make a certain smell. 

- Mike claims that smells have colors so he describes them to you as more of a purple, pink or red. Of course he doesn’t care what you end up wearing, he just likes to show that he cares and that he wants you to feel good. 

Nevada Ramirez

- Nasty trash boy really likes vanilla and fruit. He loves Warm Vanilla Sugar and actually has a plug in of it in his bedroom. His favorites to buy for you are  Pretty as a Peach, Warm Vanilla Sugar and Mango Mandarin. 

- Nevada likes to spoil you with a mix of expensive perfumes and then a bunch of body wash and lotion. You’ve got drawers absolutely stuffed with gifts from him and it drives you a little insane. 

- However when you wear his favorites scents it turns him on beyond belief. That Warm Vanilla Sugar pushes him right over the edge into giving you the best sex of your life.  

Frederick Chilton

- Our sweet tender boy loves the Honey Shea Collection at Bath and Body Works. The smell is sweet but not too sweet, and just heavy enough to last without being overpowering. 

- Frederick gifts you the entire collection all at once after a date one night. You now have the whole set from the shower jelly to the body oil. You love the way it feels on your skin and so does Frederick. He insists on giving you a back massage with the oil every time you mention that you’re stressed.

- Frederick is also partial to the discontinued Sensual aromatherapy collection, particularly the black currant and vanilla. He special ordered the body wash and the lotion for Valentine’s Day and “inconspicuously” placed it on your pillow in his bed.

So anyone whose close to me knows that I love trying new products but I have my good ol faithfuls too. My husband Ben will tell you that I'm a major deal shopper as well 💰. So when I find quality products at great prices, that's my happy place. Keep in mind that we live in Florida where it was 100* yesterday. So I look for products that can stand up to extreme heat. fresh cut grass, the smell after rain, that smell of cities in winter?, fresh cigarette smoke, mahogany and teakwood candle from bath and body works, coffee, fresh bread, fresh baking, sam, my cat, my perfumes, also there was a perfume someone was wearing in line at the louis show that now makes me think of louis, no idea what it is but i smelt it the other day as i got into a lift and was instantly taken back to the show, the list continues but i shall stop haha

sunflowers, they have always made me happy, but i love flowers so much so i like all (apart from the ones that are toxic to my babies)

List of Mucusless (Mucus-Free) Foods

The word “mucusless,” or mucus-free, refers to foods that are not pus or mucus-forming inside the human body. Such foods digest without leaving behind a thick, viscous, slimy substance called mucus in the gastrointestinal tract. These foods include all kinds of fat-free, and starchless, fruits and vegetables. The term was coined in the early 1900s by dietitian and healer Prof. Arnold Ehret in his book the Mucusless Diet Healing System. The Mucusless Diet consists of all kinds of raw and cooked fruits, starchless vegetables, and cooked or raw, mostly green-leaf vegetables. The Mucusless Diet as a Healing System is a combination of individually advised long and short-term fasts, menus that progressively change to non-mucus-forming raw foods, and other therepies such as sun-bathing, exercise, colon irrigation, etc. Ehret observes that the accumulation of uneliminated waste materials by eating pus, mucus, and acid-forming foods, is the foundation of human illness.

The following list is certainly not exhaustive, but these are some of the most common mucusless (mucus-free) foods. Eating more of these foods in the right combinations is an important part of transitioning toward a mucus-free diet.
