Prose based on the Ocarina of Time title screen:

            The moon shone full in a deep blue sky. As it sunk towards the hills, the blue lightened, fading into lavender, then dusty pink crested the tops of the hills where the sun would soon rise.             Across the horizon, ran the dark silhouette of a horse and rider.             The cool dawn air whipped through Epona’s mane and across Link’s face, he squinting against it. The tip of his hat and her tail waved behind them with each plod of her hooves against the grass.             Link let his mind clear, taking in the rush of the air, the scent of the fields, and the quiet calm of dawn.             His journey grew more arduous the longer it went, each battle and puzzle harder than the last, racing back and forth across Hyrule and between timelines.             But these rides with Epona let his mind calm and soul ease; just he, his horse, and the wind running free.
