yeah it's HILARIOUSLY ill-conceived. Like: HE'S THE ONE WHO POISONED HIM AND HE'S THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD HAVE POISONED HIM Bashat either thinks everyone but him is an idiot(very probable for a megalomaniac), or he's betting a whole heck of allot on his charm XD

Really want to hear the thought process behind the guy who decided "ok we'll let the immortal demon prince war hero get kidnapped and locked in an underwater tomb for like. a year or so. just to get him out of the way of our UN meeting. then we'll let him out and I'm sure it'll be fine and he won't be mad at all"
