the harvest festival was just another day in the life of bash amato. never did have much money to spend on anything, always seemed to be gone as quickly as he got it. the only difference is there were more distractions and more things to pocket in result. like the couple pieces of produce he'd nabbed from a market stall and managed to walk away, nonchalant, without anyone the wiser. invisible. something he'd been for so long he'd figured a way to use it for his advantage. lucky for him, not so much everyone who had something worth taking.

a smug smile on his face, he was fixin' to sneak off to the side when he spotted the silouhette of someone he'd been hopin' to see since the announcement of the festival. as quiet as he could manage ( which to his benefit, he was quite light on his feet ) he looped around a building and snuck up behind them. ❝ boo! ❞ he said quick and loud, tapping their shoulder then making a fast decision to jump a few steps back should they decide to turn swinging. he wore a wide, mischevious grin which tended to be a common look for the young pickpocket. ❝ surprise! did ya miss me? cause i sure missed you, ❞ it was said with a joking undertone but there was no lie in his revelation. he missed lux everyday and couldn't wait till they could come around again ( or he could manage to get out of town without being tracked ). ❝ nabbed you a welcoming snack, peach or pear, i had an apple but it fell. ❞ he hung his head in quiet tribute to the loss, then right back up— holding a piece of fruit in each hand out for them to choose.

Event 001: WELCOME BACK CARNIVAL

If there’s one thing the town of delta is know for, it’s the events. Harvest Festival? Check. Pumpkin Bash? You know it. Mistletoe Ball? Definitely. Delta does holidays and festivals better than anywhere else. So of course the city council would decide to throw a celebration to welcome the residents home. That’s where the carnival comes in. Starting Friday night and running through Sunday evening, the Welcome Back Carnival will feature over 30 rides, tons of booths, and plenty of delicious food. Plus there’s a rumor going around that the beer garden isn’t going to card...Hint Hint.

Friday, June 23: 7 pm cst - 1 am cst

Saturday, June 24: 10 am cst - 1 am cst

Sunday, June 25: 10 am cst - 10 pm cst

Open Mic in The Park:

Saturday night ( 6 pm cst - 9 pm cst) there will be an open mic night on the stage in the park. Locals can perform covers, original songs, whatever their hearts desire!

*the event will begin on friday night at 7 pm cst and we expect every9one to only be tweeting about the carnival friday night. the rest of the weekend you can continue to tweet about it, but you can also tweet about other things.
