Scream .::. Open

Flipping her hair over her shoulder, Andreea approached the looming structure with an apprehensive air. The place was run down to the ground with vines crawling up the walls and holes in the windows that were pitch-dark. Once a handsome place, Rockwell Manor had been left to rot and collect dust (as well as vermin and other sorts of things that left a lot about the place to be desired) when a disease wiped out the family and staff that lived there about fifty years ago. It was a bit of a horror legend in the part of Wales where it was located at, and all the locals in the town several miles away from it had shaken their heads in disbelief when Andreea and her partner had shown up and said that they were going in to dig out whatever valuables they could find. 

The treasure quest was a job; last week, a client had approached Andreea about the manor, and, seeing how much she was going to get paid if she got enough items, she decided to take it. Knowing that she would need a partner if things got too heavy for her to carry back alone though, she had contacted someone with a recommended background, and, after a genial conversation, the two of them agreed to work together. Now, the partner seemed to be lagging behind Andreea as she got to the front steps. "You coming or what?" She called out, three duffle bags slung haphazardly over her shoulders.
