Doesn’t look very spectacular but I am very happy. This is my 12% raspberry vanilla whisky barreled barley wine after 4 weeks of bottle conditioning. After 14days it had zero co2 but now it has developed a nice style appropriate carbonation. And tastes like a desert. I always have troubles with the carbonation of those high grav beers. Took out some kilos of floating strawberry vanilla mush of the barleywine. After about 3 months it is more or less where i want it. Little strawberry taste for those 20kg/ 90l that I put in. But the oak is nicely perceptible and with the vanilla I think this will be a pleasant beer.
