    Lord, I barely remember. Probably a Veigar skin? The first Veigar skin I recall owning was Baron Von Veigar, which got me teased by my friend at the time because it didn’t reskin his stun field like Superb Villain Veigar did. Simpler times.

I really wanted to make baron con veigar to work, he may be a bit to clean for a post apocalyptic setting but he’s the leader of new bandle, he can look nice.

Basically baron von veigar’s original gag was that he acted like a megalomaniac but actually helped the community by giving them resources. I wanted to go in a similar but different direction. Basically we take base veigar’s imprisonment and make it a containment. This veigar was an scp that was captured and escaped. He uses his clothes to come off as less threatening and monstrous and he’s the leader of one of the only society’s in this setting. Which contrasts rumble who is a perfectly normal yordle who treats others like garbage, a real monster in spirit
